The room rates are between CHF 780.00 and CHF 940.00 per month. The difference of price is sort of the room size and the fitting, for example do a few rooms have a balcony.

For a short stay under 3 month there is an extra charge of CHF 150.00 per month.

Included in the rate:

– breakfast buffet from Monday to Friday (6.45am till 9am)

– weekly room cleaning

– bed towel can be changed every 2 weeks

– use of the common rooms: TV room, kitchen and dining room

– case in the fridge as well as a box to store food

– WIFI

The house rules are subject to the contract. In case of breaking the rules, we are aloud to cancel the contract wihtout previous notice.
