Welcome on the website of the Pension Villa Laetitia

The Villa Laetitia is located in the centre of Zurich, only 5 walking minutes from the ETH Zurich away. It is a nice, old building and has 23 rooms.

The rooms are only available for women, which are registered at the University of ETH or those who have a contract for a formation (traineeship, school, …). The residents of the Villa are between 18 and 25 years old.

The Pension Villa Laetitia is not available for men.

We serve a nice breakfast buffet from Monday to Friday, which is included in the roomrate.

The room rates are between CHF 780.00 and CHF 950.00 per month, depending the size and location of the room. For short stays under 3 month there is an extra charge of CHF 150.00 per month.
